The Bluebonnet Children’s Advocacy Center would like to recognize and thank the Community Education Coalition for a $500.00 donation to the center. The donation was raised from proceeds at the Child Abuse Prevention Summit “End Human Trafficking” on October 23, 2019 held at the Uvalde County Fairplex. The summit was presented by the South Texas Child Fatality Review Team, The Texas Department of State Health Services, Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas, 38th Judicial District, and Texas A&M AgriLife . The summit brought in professionals from law enforcement, state and federal agencies to provide valuable information, materials , and resources to our community.
